Orders from usa.flos.com ship via UPS from their warehouse in New York City. For in-stock items, shipping will occur within 2-3 days of placing the order. Shipping does not occur on weekends or holidays. If an item is not in stock, an estimated ship date will be provided. Note that many spare parts are not stocked and require a longer delivery time.
